Chateau Rhianfa named ‘Best Hotel Restaurant of the Year 2015′

One of this year’s premium sponsors, Chateau Rhianfa, was recently awarded ‘Best Hotel Restaurant of the Year’  at the inaugural ceremony held in Cardiff.

Chateau Rhianfa

This spectacular hotel and restaurant, which overlooks the Menai Strait, came out on top despite stiff competition from thousands of other nominees at the event, held at Mercure Cardiff Holland House on 12th May 2015.

Martin Page, general manager at Château Rhianfa, was honoured to receive such a prestigious award and commented, “We’re very proud to say that Anglesey is now home to Wales’ best Hotel Restaurant, and that is without doubt down to the talent and hard work of Andrew and his team who offer diners top quality food and service.”

Chateau Rhianfa was praised for the high end dining experience on offer to their customers whilst serving local ingredients where possible, including fresh fish and lobster from the Menai Strait. Such local produce will be showcased at this year’s Menai Seafood Festival with an array of sumptuous samples to tempt our crowds of visitors. The talented team from Chateau Rhianfa will also be delivering live cooking demonstrations to inspire the local community to get cooking using the top quality produce which can be found on their doorstep.
