This year down on the Prince’s Pier we have our Halen Mon sponsored Cookery Masterclass where chefs demonstrations will be running throughout the day, with recipe cards to take home. The theme this year will be ‘A journey along the Menai Strait’ and the chefs will be showing how to prepare delicious dishes using locally sourced fish and seafood. So head down to Prince’s Pier to get some expert tips.
